New Client Essentials

Because we are a small practice with limited availability, every request is thoughtfully reviewed before scheduling. Submitting the Prospective Client Form does not ensure services, but it allows us to identify if a provider can meet your needs.

Purpose of Care

The purpose of treatment at Alaska Integrative Psychiatry is to enhance your mental and emotional well-being. Care is not intended for legal purposes, and providers will not participate in court evaluations or serve as witnesses without prior agreement.

We are unable to provide disability evaluations, court-ordered psychiatric evaluations, or forensic assessments.

Beginning the Process

Please complete the Prospective Client Form.

  • All information is confidential and reviewed only by our clinical and administrative team. This helps us understand your history, current concerns, and needs.

  • Prospective client requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Once received, our office manager, Dahl, will review the information with a provider to determine availability. If additional information is needed, we will contact you through the information you provided.

If we are unable to accommodate your request, we encourage you to continue seeking care and can provide suggestions for other resources when possible.

If a provider is able to accept you, we will contact you with the next steps:
