Log in to the client portal to view appointments, manage your account, and connect to your telepsychiatry session.

Stay connected with your care team between visits by sending secure messages through Spruce Health. Messages are reviewed during business hours and typically answered within 1–4 business days. This is not for emergencies.

Your username and password will be required to log in and connect with your care team.

Forms

Prescription Refill Requests

  • Allow up to 4 business days for processing.

  • Clients or guardians must notify the provider of any new medications.

  • For refill requests or pharmacy changes, send a detailed message on Spruce Health or call and leave a message with the requested medication, dosage, quantity, and pharmacy.

Communication and Response Times

  • Business Hours: Dahl is available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM via phone or secure messaging through Spruce Health. Working hours and days vary between providers.

  • Preferred Method: Secure messaging through Spruce Health.

  • Phone/Fax: (907) 921-1331 or (907) 802-6630. Include your name, number, and best times to call.

  • Response Time: Typically within 1–4 business days. Providers are not available evenings, weekends, holidays, or during vacation.

Urgent or Crisis Support

  • Messaging is not for emergencies.

  • Life-threatening emergencies: Call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

  • Behavioral health crises: Call or text 988, or the Community Crisis Line at (907) 563-3200.
