At Alaska Integrative Psychiatry, LLC, we are committed to providing quality care and being transparent about our services, costs, and client rights. This document serves as a guide to help you easily understand the healthcare services we offer, and potential costs associated with those services.
You can review costs at the Alaska Department of Health, Health Care Cost Transparency website at https://health.alaska.gov/dph/VitalStats/Pages/transparency.aspx. Please note that the undiscounted prices for health care services described in this list may be higher or lower than the amount you will pay. You will be provided with an estimate of anticipated charges for our nonemergency care upon request.
We encourage our clients to take the time to verify and fully understand their benefits and coverage. It's important for you to know what is included in your plan. If you ever need help or have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Please remember that some services may not be covered by health insurance.

CPT Code 99204 Intake Assessment, Evaluation and Management Services $404.00
Office or other outpatient visit for the evaluation and management of a new patient, which requires a medically appropriate history and/or examination and moderate level of medical decision making. When using time for code selection, 45-59 minutes of total time is spent on the date of the encounter. This time includes chart review, face-to-face time and documentation.
CPT Code 99205: Intake Assessment, Evaluation and Management Services $485.00
Office or other outpatient visit for the evaluation and management of a new patient, which requires a medically appropriate history and/or examination and high level of medical decision making. When using time for code selection, 60-74 minutes of total time is spent on the date of the encounter. This time includes chart review, face-to-face time and documentation.
CPT Code 99213 Follow-Up Appointment, Evaluation and Management Services $224.00
Office or other outpatient visit for the evaluation and management of an established patient, which requires a medically appropriate history and/or examination and low level of medical decision making. When using time for code selection, 20-29 minutes of total time is spent on the date of the encounter. This time includes chart review, face-to-face time and documentation.
CPT Code 99214 Follow-Up Appointment, Evaluation and Management Services $287.00
Office or other outpatient visit for the evaluation and management of an established patient, which requires a medically appropriate history and/or examination and moderate level of medical decision making. When using time for code selection, 30-39 minutes of total time is spent on the date of the
encounter. This time includes chart review, face-to-face time and documentation.
CPT Code 99215 Follow-Up Appointment, Evaluation and Management Services $395.00
Office or other outpatient visit for the evaluation and management of an established patient, which requires a medically appropriate history and/or examination and high level of medical decision making. When using time for code selection, 40-54 minutes of total time is spent on the date of the encounter. This time includes chart review, face-to-face time and documentation.
CPT Code 90833 Psychotherapy, 30 minutes with patient when performed with an evaluation and management service $170.00
In this add–on service, the provider performs psychotherapy, a series of techniques for treating the
psychiatric disorders of the patient, in addition to an evaluation and management service in the same session. The treatment session with the patient typically lasts anywhere between 16 to 37 minutes.
CPT Code 90836 Psychotherapy, 45 minutes with patient when performed with an evaluation and management service $215.00
In this add–on service, the provider performs psychotherapy, a series of techniques for treating the
psychiatric disorders of the patient, in addition to an evaluation and management service in the same session. The treatment session with the patient typically lasts anywhere between 38-52 minutes.
CPT Code 98037 Office or other outpatient visit for an individual psychotherapy session performed by a licensed mental health provider $332.00
The treatment session with the patient typically lasts between 53 and 60 minutes.
CPT Code 90838 Psychotherapy, 60 minutes with patient when performed with an evaluation and management service $341.00
In this add–on service, the provider performs psychotherapy, a series of techniques for treating the
psychiatric disorders of the patient, in addition to an evaluation and management service in the same session. The treatment session with the patient typically lasts anywhere 53+ minutes.
CPT Code 90785 Interactive complexity (List separately in addition to the code for primary procedure)$116.00
This add–on code represents increased work intensity of psychotherapy services that adds difficulty to delivery of service. This may include communication and language complexities, having other individuals present legally responsible for the care of the client, third party involvement).
