MYIO Client Portal
The MYIO portal offers secure, flexible access via app or browser for clients to manage accounts, view and request appointments, make payments or change a payment form, update insurance details, start a telepsychiatry/telehealth session, as well as view your appointments or request a new one.
Getting Started
After scheduling your first appointment, you will receive an invitation to activate your MYIO portal. This message will arrive by email or text from No-Reply@Valant.io and will include an access code required to create your account.
Each code is valid for 7 days. If your code expires before you activate your account, please contact Dahl at 907-921-1331 option 4 or via secure messaging on Spruce Health for a new access code.
