Q: How do I set up my Spruce account?
A: Current clients will receive an invitation from us via text or email. Simply click the link, download the Spruce Health app, and follow the prompts to verify your phone number and create your account. Alternatively, you can use the link below to scan the QR code and connect with us directly.
Q: Is Spruce really secure for medical info?
A: Absolutely. Spruce Health is HIPAA-compliant, so your messages, photos, and video calls are fully encrypted—giving you peace of mind that your private information is never shared through unsecured texts or emails.
Q: Can I use Spruce on my computer?
A: Yes! You can log in at using the same username and password you use in the app.
Q: How do I message my provider or Dahl?
A: Open the Spruce Health app, tap “Secure Message,” and start typing your message.
To send a photo, such as a symptom or lab result, tap the camera or “+” icon to attach files securely.
Q: What if I have tech issues?
