Andrea, a lifelong Alaskan, has spent over 20 years supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns, meeting them at different stages of life and care needs. Drawing on her experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, she provides diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy, with a focus on ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and women's mental health. 

 

Andrea understands that the path to wellness is deeply personal, often woven with an individual's unique experiences, thoughts, emotions, and spiritual beliefs. Her approach is anchored in open communication, honesty, and respect, creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their story. She takes a flexible, integrative approach to care, recognizing that while psychiatric medications can be highly effective, they are often just one component of achieving a fulfilling and balanced life.
